This website showcases portfolio work and provides ways to contact me for services like UI/UX design, web/app development, consulting, mentorship, and custom software solutions.
2) Service engagement
- Submitting a form or message does not create a client relationship automatically.
- Work begins only after scope and payment terms are confirmed in writing.
- Estimates/quotes may change if requirements change.
3) Bookings / consultations
- Consult requests are subject to availability and confirmation.
- If you share incorrect contact details, I may not be able to reach you.
- You are responsible for joining at the agreed time and sharing necessary info beforehand.
4) Payments
Payments may be accepted via UPI or other mutually agreed methods. Unless specified otherwise:
- Advance payments may be required to start work.
- Milestone payments may apply for larger projects.
- Taxes (if applicable) are the client’s responsibility unless included in the invoice/quote.
5) Refunds / cancellations
Because services involve time and effort, refunds depend on the stage of work and the agreement. A practical default approach:
- If work has not started, refund decisions are evaluated case-by-case.
- If work has started, refunds are generally not available for time already spent.
- For consultation bookings, cancellations should be informed as early as possible.
Any special refund policy discussed in writing will override this section.
6) Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements, content, and feedback in reasonable time.
- Ensure you have rights to share any logos, images, text, or data you provide.
- Review deliverables and report issues promptly.
7) Intellectual property
- Website content, branding, and design are owned by Sujit Mahapatra unless stated otherwise.
- Project deliverables ownership depends on the agreement (usually transferred after full payment).
- I may showcase non-confidential work in my portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.
8) Prohibited use
- Do not attempt to hack, spam, scrape, or disrupt the website.
- Do not upload malware or use automated tools that overload the server.
- Do not misuse forms for unsolicited promotions.
9) Third-party links and tools
